Recommended assessment and steps to migrate to Cloud based Confluence

Hi,

I’m trying to see steps involved in migrating space from our current Confluence (v 7.3.5) into Cloud based version, and want to know what the correct procedures are? What impacts to perf are there to where we migrate from, when we export? What should be assessed prior to exporting, all at once or migrate in phases? Along with assessing potential impacts to perf on where we migrate to?
