Recommendation to upload global attachments

Is there a place recommended by confluence to add global attachments so that they can be managed centrally?

Hello Ashan,

Actually not, since you can attach files to any page inside Confluence, so in this case IMHO you could create a simple page and then attach all your attachments in this page, so you'll have everything centralized.
