Recent update section does not show correctly

Guruprasad Balachandra October 1, 2013

"Recent updates" or "Activity" section should show any addition or updates to pages by users. it used to show them until a date post which it stopped. we thought it was due to license. the license is renewed but still can't see get the "Recent update" or "Activity" section to reflect the changes made by users.

i tried the re-indexing option but no use.

help please..

finally got it working by restarting the server and then full re-index

the root cause: regular backup consumed all the drive space and hence just re-index did not work.

cleared all the backups and restarted the server and then did a full re-index and it worked.

I've experienced this problem in the past and re-indexing always fixed it. Can you see if that ran properly or give it another try? Cheers.
