Need to Rebuild the Content Indices from Scratch ASAP as possible before everybody starts working
We are not Atlassian support.
Atlassian people are here, but they may not see this, and it's certainly not a place that will get any attention just because you post a follow up. You need to escalate your support request within the Cloud/OnDemand service desk, not ask end users who have no access to your systems to chase it.
Now, having said that... We might be able to help if you can explain the problem to us. (Bear in mind we can't see your service desk report, so the link you've given is no good - you need to repeat it here in public so we can look at it)
As we could see, the ticket was raised with an L1 priority and the engineers are already taking a look at this. In cases with urgency like this one, this is definitely what we recommend you, since according to our SLA: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/Support/Support+Response+SLA'sit should be back to you in one hour.
Unfortunately, through the answers forum, we cannot help you based on the support ticket, as it's an open forum.
