We're using Confluence Cloud.
We found today that our Confluence URL(you'll find it under the name of my account) is suddenly not accessible, it took me 10+ minutes to log in, another 10+ minutes to open a page, we cannot use it anymore...
But it works well on handset, and it's pretty fast, except that Macros cannot be displayed normally on handset.

My first recommendation would be to run through the steps at Jira or Confluence Instance is running slowly.
