We are currently using Confluence within our department (as content creators and consumers) and would love to make the information available to the rest of our organisation (as content consumers only).
At the moment, if we were to increase the number of users (including associated plugins/macros costs), the cost would be hard to justify, especially as the vast majority of users will never edit a page.
Is there a way to provide access to an individual so that they can: login, watch pages and comment; without them consuming a licence?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the content, anonymous read-only access isn't an option for us.
Thanks.
