Random and changing "Tip of the day" at the top of a page

My company always has useful bits of information and knowledge which we would like to share. We are looking for a plugin or something that could put up a sentence, or phrase at the top of a particular page once per day.

The source of the sentences could be a wiki document with a list of sentences separated by new lines, or blank lines.

Do you know of a plugin like this?

Hello Felipe, while looking for this request, I did come through a very dated request, which pointed towards writting an user macro. There is a list of examples for these, after this link.
