Question about Adaptavist Theme Builder

We here at Aetna are currently maintaining a fairly large Confluence space within our data centers on an older version of Confluence.  We also have Confluence 5.7 installed and  have a sample Confluence space created. We would like to upgrade our current space, but are struggling with how Adaptavist Theme Builder displays the left side border menu and Upper Space Menu.  This is a necessary feature on our current space and until we figure this out we cannot upgrade. 

We would benefit from a meeting with an Adaptavist technician/developer to discuss this issue and hopefully come to a resolution as we cannot figure out how to get the same menu result in the new version of Confluence.

We have reached out to Atlassian and they recommended reaching out to Adaptavist as this is not a Confluence issue.
