I am evaluating Jira SM and I need to include self-service and knowledge base, do I have any options within JSM, not to use confluence? Like Q&A
Yes, you can use whatever you want for a self-service and knowledge-base.
But Jira can only use Confluence as an integrated knowledge-base.
