Pull selected/labeled pages into a table that can be edited

I'd like to have a table of contents page that pulls all pages with certain labels into it, but then allows me to add columns to the table for additional data to be input. So I want the rows to be dynamic based on labels/something, but I want the columns to be editable. Does anyone know of a way to do this?
