Problems with storing attachments

Pedro Sousa September 19, 2012

Hello,

In our installation of Confluence (Version 3.3.1), we have a space that has hundreds of attachments, and of a sudden some of these attachments were unavailable. Every time I try to view them the Confluence returns the following message:

Attached File not found

The attachment that you were trying to download could not be found. Or the file was removed manually or there was an error in removing registry attachment in Confluence.

If this attachment is no longer needed, you can remove it from the page in Confluence Attachments. Otherwise, you must attach a new copy.

-------------------------

I can not return to the client that the attachment is gone and ask them to redo the action that would cause inconvenience and loss of confidence in Confluence. Is there any way around this?

PS: The files are all recorded in the table Attachements in our Database
