I have a space that has opened a branch with permission to the group confluence-users (where they can only view and comment) and another branch visible only to a specific group. The problem that happens is that people who are not part of the specified group can not access the homepage of the wiki. What is the problem that is occurring? For users to confluence-users consgeuem not access the home space, and this space allows access. This problem occurs already for the second time
Have you checked in the Global Permissions if the users that can't access are in any group that are assigned to the 'Can Use' permission?
Here you have an explanation of the Global Permissions:

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
The problem is that all content should be visible to the corporate group confluence-users, but within the content space is reserved only for corporate and group. The corporate content is not showing up for people who are in confluence-users

Ok, any user that isn't on the confluence-users won't be able to use because they aren't assigned to the 'Can Use' permission.
So what you can do is too add the other users to a new group and add that group to the permission.
Or add those users to the confluence-users group.
