Problem with unicode in macros title/body

I have clean install of Confluence Server on Windows (5.9.5, 5.10.8, 6.3.3, both 32 and 64 bit version)

DB - Oracle 11g, thin jdbc connect, Confluence in UTF-8 mode

When I type cyrillic text in page body - all ok, text store and show fine

When I try to insert any macro on page (Info, Expand, any other) - macro title and body text automatically converts to unicode string

Any plain body text - working fine.

Macros title/body - converts to utf8 and does not show correctly.

Problem solved. This is nginx error, config fixed
