There was a problem with signing documents in Atlassian, the date is displayed incorrectly and when you update the information on the page, it becomes unreadable after updating. Please tell me if anyone has encountered the same problem and how to fix it? Thank you.

Confluence Cloud has no built-in signing functionality.
Probably your issue is related to an addon. Are you using an addon, and so which?
