Problem with anchors and import from Word to Confluence

Thomas Zobel November 3, 2013

If I import content from Word to Confluence the anchors of the TOC works fine but all anchors in the paragraph disappear. Is there a solution to keep all anchors in the dokument?

AFAIK: Nope. And the toc-ancors are static links inside a wikipage as well - so they are only usable for an initial start. You can best use it to sort your documents in a tree-hierarchy along the original word toc.

Once you start editing the structure, your toc runs out of sync.

On the other hand - thats not really bad, I think. Its the nature of the wiki, that you can rearrange and link in all directions, so the toc would only be for exporting. The hierarchytree pane on the left is the "online-live" toc, constantly updated and always correct.
