One of our new users has a problem connecting to our space. We have a group governing the right to that space. There are already members in that group who can use the space but the new user, who I just made a member of the group can not enter the space. What can be wrong here ?

If the user is member of that group and that group has access to the space, he should access too.
Btw, please verify that space permissions are based on that group. Could you share space permissions settings?

Hi Fabio,
Thanks for answering. I did verify that already and it is ok. The user just mailed this morning that he can now acces the space and all works fine. It looks like there was some delay preventing to acces te space.
