according to the compatibility matrix, Confluence Server 7.10 is compatible with PostgreSQL 10. Does this mean exactly version 10.0, or is the current version 10.15 also supported? I ask because so far with version 9 the sub-versions 9.3 or 9.5 have been explicitly mentioned.

Confluence supports PostgreSQL 10 from version 7.3.1 onwards.
Any minor version under PostgreSQL 10 is supported, which is the case for 10.15.

In summary, 10.15 is supported.
