Possibility to export pages including 'page hierarchy' macro

Hey together,

I am struggling with some PDF Export in Confluence (Standard without any exporting plugins).

We are using the 'page hierarchy' macro and we want to export it with everything else on this page, but that does not work. Any suggestions?
