Porting Site and Content to another Existing Site

how can I move content from one site to another also existing site easily?

It's not clear from your question that you're talking about moving from Confluence to Confluence, with the same database and the same version number. But, for arguments' sake, I'll assume that's what you want to do (say, move all the contents from a dev site to a production site).

The best way to do this is to dump the database and import it. Forget about the XML export from the Confluence admin. If your site is large, it will has a good chance of failure. We've done database backup/restore to "copy" a Confluence site several times, and it works great.
