My name is Denis, I am a project manager at Knomary, which uses the Atlassian space. On one of the projects in Confluence we accidentally exceeded the limit of 10 users, because of this the project switched to a paid version and was blocked for us. Address: https://knmr-rm-tedo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RT/pages/67534866 But since it is rarely used, we returned the limit to no more than 10 users and do not plan to exceed it. Can we unlock the space and continue using the product?

Try login into admin.Atlassian.net, here you can edit the billing details and downgrade the product back to Free Tier.
