Play SQL is not enabled on this site

We have installed the Play SQL trial on our Confluence (server version).  On the Help menu, the Play SQL has 

Play SQL is not enabled on this site

I am not able to use the create spreadsheet feature.  Can you please let me know what this means?  How do I get the create a spreadsheet to work?

Hi Tiffany,

Did you install both the Play SQL Base and the Spreadsheets add-on?

According to the Play SQL Base overview:

This free add-on lets you query databases (mostly HSQL and PostgreSQL). It is also the basis for the (paid) Play SQL Spreadsheets add-on with read-write features.
