Permisson to add png files to a document behaves weirdly

A colleague of mine wants to add PNG files to a document in my personal space, which I am the owner of. He had no issue adding some files, but with other PNG files it was not possible for him to do so. The error message was:

"""Attach file(s)

image.png; You must ask for permission to add files here"""

This behavior is strange. Can someone explain why this is happening?

Hi @Klaus Pankatz ,

using builtin feature, a user can add or not attachment in a space without considering attachment type. I think that there is some external app that are blocking him on that. Please could you check list of external app (Confluence Admin -> Manage apps) ?
