Performing quality controls on Confluence pages.

Urmimala Biswal January 3, 2017

Hi,

Is it possible to fetch information about confluence page in order to perform quality control on them.

For instance, I would be interested to monitor how long a page has not been modified and make decision  if we should archive, delete, or update it.

Information to be collected could be : Page name, Link, Author or person in charge of last modification, creation date and time, Last modification date and time.

Is there any confluence add on, which can help us to achieve this task?

Regards,

Urmimala (Nagra)

Greetings,

There is a plugin that does exactly this, and does it very well smile. Meet the Archiving Plugin for Confluence - your new best friend for page cleanup. It lets you check to see how long since a page has been viewed or edited and mark it as "expired" or even archiving or deleting the pages if you wish.

Check out their 10 minute video demo:

Good luck! A clean space is a happy space.
