Payment problem - urgent please

Please can you confirm if you have received payment for the order AT-1948724.

I have sent the Western Union Business Solutions remittance confirmation that was made on 02/04/2014 to sales@atlassian.combut am still awaiting a resolution as to where payment is.

Most appreciative if you can help as licence subscription ends 12 June and payment was made beginning of April.

We still haven ‘t had a response from Atlassian to confirm the licence payment we sent has been received – this is despite emails to sales@atlassian.comor

I have also tried using their `contact us’ option on their website but nothing further than the standard contact reply.

We are a community of end users, NOT Atlassian. You really MUST raise this with Atlassian directly. You've got the right email address to contact them (sales@), but keep trying.

You might also want to raise a p1 in their support desk for OnDemand.

Atlassian have now contacted us and a resolution is in progress.
