I want to give Page addition permission to a user but I also want that the contents or the page itself is view-able to other users only when an Admin approves it. I don't want to allow the other users to view until the page is approved by someone(say an admin).
So can I do this in confluence?
Of course you can do it manually by adding page restrictions so only the approver can view it, and when approved, the approver then removes the restriction.
Not natively, but I suspect the Script Runner add-on could be used to place and remove page restrictions, and the Comala Workflows add-on actively implements "hide until page approved" workflows.
