Page tree takes long to load

The tree has about 500 items and it takes a long time to load (between 10-15 seconds). Is there any solutions for show only the selected brand of the item loaded for example?

yes jack,we tried to rebulid the content indexes but without succes, so we restored an old database and it was fine for me.
