Page restrictions: Can a user who has "view" permission for a page also comment?

That's it:  In page restrictions I have only 2 options:  view, or view and edit.  I'd like others to be able to view AND COMMENT ON my page, but not to edit.   Does the view permission include comment privileges?

A yes or no answer would be great.  If the answer is no, then an answer that explains how to allow other users to view and comment on a page would be great, even if the answer is "set up a new space with just that page in it, and set the detailed permissions on that space."

I do have admin privileges.

The answer is yes. If they can see the page, they can also comment even if you restrict it to "View". If you choose to restrict it you also get to choose which people that can edit the page.
