Hello. Which tables store the information displayed on Page Activity?

There is a need to get data in the following format:
contentid, title, version, status, date of status set or change, actor

I don't think that the tables on cloud are known to the public. You can use REST API to get all the available info https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/rest/v1/intro/
