Hi
I have a page where the page properties report macro doesn't show any data in the column on the page itself where the preview does show the data in that column. Even more weirdly, if I put the same macro with the same settings on my personal space, the column data loads correctly.
It could be something corrupt in that page or some other macro or something interfering. Sometimes Confluence misbehaves. ;)
If possible, I'd say just create a new page, in the same space as the old page, with the pp report macro, since it's obviously working on another page. Rename or delete the old page, then rename the new page to the old page's original name.
If you can't create a new page for whatever reason, then use Source Editor (hopefully you have it) to see if there is any odd HTML. Also, if your pp report is nested in another macro, that might affect its behavior.
From your screenshots I think I see the problem.
I believe in the first example you're not specifying the column names in the settings for the macro.
In the second example, you are.
I can tell this because whenever you do not specify the column names it puts them in alphabetical order.
It's possible because you're showing all of the columns, there's too much data and some of that data is not loading.

Hi Dean,
Can you share some screenshots of that? Also, have you tried a different browser? Or Incognito mode?

Apologies I expected to get emailed a notification if I got any replies. I've tried it in different browsers and in private browsing tabs. No difference. I do have a screenshot but I removed some potentially sensitive data from it.
Here's what it looks like on the page
And then in the preview the headings show fine
