Page Not Found after login on Tomcat

Krystian Mularczyk May 23, 2019

Hello,

I have an issue - when my session on any of Confluence pages times out, I have to log in once again. Then I'm redirected to "Page Not Found".

I saw some solutions for Apache versions of installation, but what about Tomcat?

I'd be grateful for the support - I haven't found any solution so far.

Hello there Krystian!

As I understand, you are redirected to a page that does not exist upon login. Is that correct?

We could try to replicate this behaviour with Another Machine or even with Another User. This can help us understand if the situation is Restricted to a user or machine.

Futher, we can start by checking if:

  1. This happens with another user
  2. This happens with any browser you use
  3. Have you faced this situation before
  4. You are able to bypass any type of proxy or firewall
  5. This has worked at some point in the past

There is also another thread here in Community about Apache setuo for Confluence. You can check it here:

Apache Config for Confluence 6

Let me know from you Krystian!

Hello Diego!

I saw this thread because I was looking for the answer and couldn't find it.

Let me show you the scenario:

http://recordit.co/a4Ca2npRwJ

As you see in the URL, the destination page is in the URL, so it should redirect me there after log in (I was log out because the session expired).

So I'm wondering how to fix it because it is quite painful for other users.
