How can I can a user permission to view a page that has page level restictions in Confluence?
This is what you are looking for
https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Setting+a+Page%27s+Restrictions
You have be one of the admins to set these restrictions.
In short summary all you have to do is go to page and click 'Tools' > 'Restrictions'.
And change settings accordingly.
Hi, if you're in confluence-administrators group, you would be able to see the content as long as you've got the direct URL to that page. For more information please refer to the following documentation.
