Degraded performance Customers may experience intermittent errors using Community search. Our platform vendor is investigating.
Our website has a link to our 'Site Space' homepage, and the first time a user attempts to access that page in a browser, the page load time is extremely slow (~5 seconds). Subsequent attempts to access the page in the browser have normal, quick page load times, likely as a result of browser caching.
How do we/our users avoid this unacceptable performance on the initial attempt to access the page?
There is going to be limited answers since you are on OnDemand. Typically this question would be forwarded to a net admin or someone familiar with container customization. Since you are on the cloud, you don't have that option. Since you are having performance issues with your AOD server you may want to open a ticket with Support.
