i have a user who has edit rights and can edit by keyboard shortcut, but the icons dont appear on his page. They are there if you hover in the right place but not visible if you dont know where they are!
He is using edge, is this a known issue, or are we missing something?

Can you first make sure that he's not blocking any of the domains or IP addresses that Confluence Cloud needs to have open in order to serve the images?
Additionally, you'll want to check the developer console to see why the images might be blocked. It could be an add-on or security protocol causing it.
Can you tell me if all users with Edge on your network are having the same issue? Is he able to replicate this inside and outside of his current network, and it doesn't occur on any other browsers?
