Could you explain "attempting to log in to raise a support ticket fails"?

 

To access our Confluence Wiki I use my work email address, but I wasn't able to log in through the support ticket pages using that address. 

I have since created a separate personal Atlassian account and have successfully raised a ticket using that.

So going to support.atlassian.com and raising a support request is failing for you?
