Ouch! We can't load the PDF error message

We have PDF loaded into pages. When a user goes to view that Page the PDF preview or image doesn't appear. The only thing you see is a message whihc states Ouch! We can't load the PDF.

Can you confirm if you encounter this issue with all PDFs or only certain ones? 

Which version of Confluence are you running?

Lastly, what browsers and versions have you been able to replicate this on?

Yes happens on every PDF on every single page. When I original load the PDF everything appears fine and it thumb nail preview appears fine. Once we go back to it the thumbs nail preview doesn't show and you get that error if you click on it to view it. Happens on all 3 browsers. Chrome IE and Firefox

I assume all your browsers are on the most recent version available?

Please let me know what version of Confluence you are running.
