We have one user who is unable to open a PDF in Confluence and is receiving an error message that says, "Ouch! We can't load the PDF." The user is using Internet Explorer and we have tested opening it with other accounts using internet explorer and other users are able to open the same attached PDFs. Is there a way to fix this error for our user?
Any solution to this problem? All our users (including myself as admin) are not able to view PDF files in Jira.
I can right click and open in a new window and then click open and Adobe on my local computer will open the file. Users want to be able to just click once on the file and be able to view it.
I have this exact same problem for my account. I am the only one in our office that this is happening to so far. It happens all the time. If you need me to generate logs or files, please let me know.
I can clear my cache and it fixes the issue for a small amount of time. Sometimes a few minutes, sometimes a few hours.
