Origin node: dXXXXf listening on /172.XX.XX.X3:5801 Clustered Confluence: Database is being upda

Ram June 23, 2021

While creating the confluence cluster in kubernates, getting the below error.

[Origin node: dXXXXf listening on /172.XX.XX.X3:5801] Clustered Confluence: Database is being updated by an instance which is not part of the current cluster. You should check network connections between cluster nodes, especially multicast traffic.

Please suggest anyone how make this cluster work. TIA.

This is what it says - there appears to be a Confluence that is not part of the cluster accessing the database.  You'll need to identify that and shut it down, or get it back into the cluster.

If you're not sure or can't find it, maybe try shutting the database down for a few minutes - that will cause any connected Confluence to fail, and clear out any stale data about who might be connected.
