Opening a link in a new window

I do not seem to find any help here to assist me with creating Links in a confluence wiki page that will open in a new window, instead of opening in the same window.  

Could someone help me?

This KB article shows how to do it with custom HTML, but it would affect all links.

You can also use the Linking Plugin add-on from ServiceRocket, which provides a link-window macro you can use whenever you want a link to open in a new window.
