Today crucible users are reporting that the reviews they are closing are showing up in the open reviews list, and even though they've been summarized, they are still showing up in their "to summarize" inbox. I have not found any error in the logs that seems to be related. How can this be rectified?
I tried a restart but that didn't seem to change anything. I saw under Administration>global settings>crucible>crucible index maintenance a mention of "corrupt index." Although this only mentioned search and activity streams, and I could not find any other documentation, when I clicked this the issue seemed to go away; there are no "closed" reviews showing up in the open review list or in users "to summarize" inbox.
