I want to write OnePagers for weekly/monthly Meetings, in which I want to show achieved goals, next steps, current challenges, projekt key numbers and other important decisions to our customers.
Is there a template or a way of "how to write OnePagers in Confluence" for this?

There are a lot of predefined templates in Confluence Cloud. You can find them here. It's easier to try them out directly in Confluence.
But to be honest: finding a predifined template that meets your needs exactly is a long shot.
I usually start from an existing template and adapt it to what I need. You seem to have an idea of what you want in the template already so perhaps creating your own template is easier. It usually does not take a lot of time to create a template from scratch.
