One User is unable to create new pages "Looks like your session expired. Log in again to keep working."

Hello, 

 I have only one user with the following error "Looks like your session expired. Log in again to keep working." when trying to create a new page. The user is able to do any other action but not create a page.


This article doesn't apply : "Your session has expired" when saving a new page   . Time in sync. 

No logs in confluence.

Any idea ?

We got the same problem with Internet Explorer 11  (version 11.0.9600.18449, update 11.0.325 KB3185319).

Using another version of IE ou another browser solve the issue.

Any patch available ?
