OnDemand: how to archive (backup) a part of confluence as pdf in given structure?

we would like to archive a part (the tender documents) of our documents (inkl. attachments and comments) in confluence as pdf in the given hierarchical structure so that we can delete the documents afterwards in confluence.

thanks for your info.

exporting as html is what we need. structure, attachments and comments will be exported!

You can export a page tree to PDF as per Export to HTML, XML, or PDF. Unfortunately, this does not include attachments and comments. I actually do not see how you would have the attachments in a PDF file.
