OnDemand hosting in Europe?

I've been lookin at OnDemand, but it appears that all servers are located in the US, is this true? If so, are there plans to change this soon?

The latest seems to be that Atlassian are "looking at it" - https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/42564/performance-of-ondemand-installation
