On the Space Directory page, how can I change the logos?

On the Space Directory page, how can I change the little logos in front of each space? I have someone who wants a custom logo for their site.

I think that is the space logo, which can be set in each space.  This describes how to set it: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Changing+a+Space%27s+Logo
