Office files can not be displayed normally if named in Chinese

As the title said, if I named the Office excel file in English, it's works well

but in Chinese, it displayed exceptionally

Hello He!

It seems that your Browser could be preventing this from encoding correctly. Or could mean that the encodings on Confluence are not correctly set. Maybe using UTF-8 correct the problem.
