An in-house installation of Confluence is failing to update the Office Connector plug-in. I tried to run a manual update and it again fails.
The audit log is not particularly helpful

and other variations on the file name per failure. Tried to disable, and to run it; re-enabled and run it. It is becoming an exercise in futility. Not sure where to go with this matter.
