Office Connector Plugin not responding.

Hello,

Recently we have started having issues with our Office Connector plugin. It will no longer allow us to edit Office files directly in Confluence. When clicking "Edit Document", nothing happens. This is happening in both Firefox and IE, Mac and PC. Users were able to use this feature with no issues on Friday, but was no longer working on Monday.

Right now, we are using Right Click -> Save As... to save the document, editing it, and uploading the updated version. This process works, but is a hassle and can easily lead to issues.

Any help would be appreciated.

Turns out it was the new version of Firefox. WebDAV 1.0.8 fixed the problem.

Hi Manny,

You said it was working before, did something got altered on this meantime? Maybe Office Connector plugin got updated?

Nothing has been updated or changed. I initially thought something in Firefox may have been updated, but the problem exists in IE as well.
