Notify when another agent is working on a ticket to refrain from duplicate comments

Is there a way for agents to see when another agent is actively working a ticket? Meaning there is some sort of message that appears at top stating "John is typing up a response..."


We are seeing agents respond to tickets at the same time causing duplicate comments from agents on one ticket.
