Assuming form the tags, you are using Confluence Cloud, right? For that, I would suggest you to create a new ticket through our support channel (https://support.atlassian.com) providing the URL of your instance. You will have the engineers accessing the application and verifying what it could be, since IE10 is in the supported platforms for Cloud applications.
