Not able to search any pages

I want to view the pages that my teammates have posted.

But I can't search any pages on confluence.

I can view those pages if I open it from URL ,

I can search the pages that I opened once .

I saw the setting but couldn't find any difference between mine and teammate's.

it's been happening since I started to use confluence.(2020/07)

Could someone please help me with this.....image.png

  • Are you a Server user or Cloud user?
  • Are you the only one experiencing this issue?Are other people able to search successfully?
  • Did you try to see if the same behaviour happens with different browsers?
  • If you are a Server user did you try to run an indexing?

Please try to answer the questions so that we can get help you troubleshooting your issue.

I think I am a Cloud user.
I am the only one. others can search successfully.
I tried with Microsoft edge but same thing happened.

Please try this one last thing: try to log in from someone else computer and see if you will have the same problem.

Depending on what you tell me, we will know which direction to take in our troubleshooting steps.

I tried to log in with my colleague's computer and it was the same.

(He could search on his computer when it's his account.)

I am afraid then the issue is your profile. Your Confluence Admin needs to check your  Profile. 

Since you are a cloud user there is no way for you to reindex users, please click here then submit a support ticket to Atlassian.

Don't forget to share with us the issue that was behind your problem.

My boss changed my account status as the [site administrator].

But things didn't change.

I submitted a support ticket to Atlassian as you said.

Will wait for reply and share the issue when it solved!

Hi

I asked Atlassian support and my problem got solved!

Appearentry there was a bug the first time they added my account,
so my account was never linked to the Confluence site.
